Wellness Intelligence® (WiQ) Program
in Wellington, FL
The only program that combines therapy, fitness, nutrition, and nursing into one cohesive 4-week plan — drug-free, evidence-based, and personalized for your life.
WiQ Is Now Accessible to Wellington Residents
Wellington is just 20–30 minutes from our West Palm Beach office — and all WiQ sessions are also available via HIPAA-secure telehealth, making participation convenient for residents across Western Palm Beach County, including Royal Palm Beach, Loxahatchee, and The Acreage.
Whether you are part of Wellington's equestrian community, raising an active family, navigating a career transition, or simply ready to invest in your wellness, WiQ is designed to meet you where you are. The program serves children, teens, adults, and seniors — adapting to the pace and priorities of your life stage.
Many Wellington participants complete their therapy and nursing sessions in person at our West Palm Beach office and their fitness and nutrition sessions remotely via telehealth — giving you the clinical depth of in-person care with the convenience of virtual sessions when it fits your schedule.
In-Person & Telehealth Options
Our West Palm Beach office at 4300 Miller Ave is a short, easy drive from Wellington — typically 20–30 minutes via Southern Blvd or Forest Hill Blvd.
All four WiQ pillars can be delivered fully via telehealth. Participate from your home, office, or anywhere in Florida with a secure internet connection.
Mix and match. Many Wellington clients do nursing and therapy in person, and fitness and nutrition sessions remotely — whatever combination works best for your schedule.
What Is Wellness Intelligence®?
Wellness Intelligence® (WiQ) is our signature holistic transformation program. Unlike traditional therapy or fitness programs that address one dimension at a time, WiQ integrates four evidence-based pillars into a single cohesive 4-week plan.
The result is comprehensive: clients address the mental, physical, and lifestyle roots of their challenges simultaneously — producing faster, more sustainable outcomes than any single-discipline approach.
WiQ is appropriate for children, teens, adults, and seniors. It is drug-free by design, and every participant works directly with licensed professionals — not coaches or wellness influencers.

What's Included in Your WiQ Program
Every WiQ participant receives all four pillars, coordinated by our team so each discipline reinforces the others.
2 Nursing Sessions
Pre-program health assessment and post-program outcomes review. Kurt evaluates vital signs, medication interactions, sleep patterns, and physical health indicators to establish your wellness baseline and track progress.
4 Nutrition Sessions
Personalized meal planning built around your specific health goals, food preferences, cultural food traditions, and any medical restrictions. Practical, sustainable nutrition guidance — not fad diets or elimination plans.
4 Fitness Sessions
1-on-1 exercise sessions tailored to your current fitness level, age, and goals. Melissa focuses on sustainable strength, mobility, and energy-building habits rather than extreme training that clients can't maintain.
4 Therapy Sessions
Individual counseling with a matched licensed therapist addressing the psychological dimensions of your wellness goals — anxiety, motivation, self-sabotage, emotional eating, sleep, relationships, and more.

Meet the Wellness Specialists
Your WiQ program is delivered by licensed, certified professionals — not wellness coaches. Each team member brings deep expertise in their discipline.
Kurt Ellison
Kurt provides the pre- and post-program nursing assessments that anchor the WiQ program in measurable health outcomes. With over four decades of clinical nursing experience, Kurt evaluates vital signs, sleep quality, medication safety, and physical health markers to personalize each participant's program and track real progress over 4 weeks.
Melissa Mathius
Melissa designs and delivers the fitness component of WiQ, creating personalized exercise plans that build sustainable strength, mobility, and energy — regardless of current fitness level. Her approach emphasizes form, safety, and progression so participants leave WiQ with habits they can continue independently, not dependence on a trainer.
Frequently Asked Questions
The therapy component of WiQ can often be billed to insurance (Aetna, BCBS, UHC, and others we accept). The nursing, fitness, and nutrition components are typically self-pay. We will work with you to maximize insurance coverage and provide a detailed breakdown of what can be submitted to your plan. Contact us and we'll verify your benefits at no cost.
Yes — WiQ is designed for all ages including children, teens, adults, and seniors. The program is modified for each age group. For younger children, parents are directly involved in the nutrition and fitness components. Teen versions of WiQ are specifically adapted to developmental stage, school schedules, and family context.
WiQ is designed to create lasting habits, not dependency. After completing your 4-week program, you'll have a personalized wellness plan you can continue independently. Many graduates continue individual therapy sessions, and some choose to do a second WiQ cycle after a few months. Kurt's post-program nursing session helps assess your outcomes and plan next steps.
WiQ is built around individual assessment — Kurt's nursing evaluation at the start of the program specifically accounts for existing health conditions, medications, and physical limitations. The fitness and nutrition components are tailored accordingly. We recommend being transparent about all health conditions during your intake consultation so we can design a safe, appropriate program.
Yes — the WiQ program is available fully in Spanish. All four pillars can be delivered in Spanish or bilingually. Dr. Rojas and Danaisys Olivera provide the therapy component in Spanish, and our bilingual nutrition specialist accommodates Spanish-speaking participants throughout the program.
